It has been a little while since we have been in touch with a new product update. Since January, we have been hard at work on some big platform upgrades that not only improve the current look, feel, and usability of Workstream, but also lay the groundwork for further enhancements to our experience.
As of this week, we have updated our entire component library, which means that almost every part of the app has seen a UX upgrade. From better tooltips, to more responsive and intuitive menus, Workstream should feel more seamless and look more beautiful than ever.

In this release, you can now set your team's on-call person to automatically assign incidents, and control which dbt incidents sync.
We are announcing improvements to our Monte Carlo and JIRA integrations, and incident detail enhancements.
Our incident 360 view is now available, and all incidents are directly accessible via the workspace left nav.
You can now further organize your incident response by assigning an owner for any given incident in Workstream.
