Now you can toggle your settings to receive notifications in Slack! And excitingly, you can also create projects (soon requests and questions — more on that later) from your Slack conversations:
We understand that when stakeholders reach out with data requests, you want to continue the conversation right there in Slack. This ensures alignment on scope, and that you are working towards the right goals.
When the conversation is complete, track the item as a deliverable in Workstream. Simply scroll up to the start of the conversation and click "create project."
The entire discussion from that point will be added to your scope, and all participants are automatically added as collaborators!

Our incident 360 view is now available, and all incidents are directly accessible via the workspace left nav.
You can now further organize your incident response by assigning an owner for any given incident in Workstream.
